About Flow Breathwork
Breathwork means intentionally regulating the breath. Breathing practices have been around for thousands of years and is a powerful tool for holistic wellness.
The nervous system: breathwork supports the nervous system specifically the rest & digest response. What does this mean? Breathing exercises have the ability to stimulate the system that induces relaxation & overriding the system that causes stress & anxiety.
The vagus nerve: breathwork supports the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve begins at the brainstem and travels down the side of the neck, crosses the chest, and down to the stomach. The vagus nerve connects to nearly every major organ and much more. The vagus nerve is also made of 80% sensory. This means that the vagus nerve reports to the brain what the body experiences & breathwork helps tone the vagus nerve. The vagal system works to regulate, repair, heal, and optimize the functions and fluids of the body.

Self-healing:on a physical level, you will be hyperoxgenating your body, feeding it the vital fuel it needs to operate at its highest, optimal level. Diving deeper allows you to unlock mental and emotional regressions and repressions to raise and transform your overall vibrational frequency.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a traditional Japanese technique founded in the 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki supports individuals to increase awareness, insight, wisdom, and personal growth. We are all born with the power to heal ourselves. Reiki is life force energy, commonly referred to as Chi, Ki, or Prana, it flows through pathways in and around the bodies of all living things. Stressors and traumas of everyday life can impede the freedom of this energy to flow properly. Over time and if left untreated, the energy becomes more blocked along these pathways, and emotional, mental, and physical symptoms may occur. Reiki works to help restore the energy flow to its optimum state which supports the body’s natural healing mechanisms. It promotes overall well-being and balance.
Embodiment Coaching
When was the last time you felt truly connected to the sensations of your body and fully aware of the present moment? Embodiment is living in alignment with who you are. Embodiment practices use the body as a tool for healing through self-awareness, mindfulness, and creating self-acceptance.
Embodiment is remembering that our bodies & minds are not separate but connected. Embodiment explores the relationship between our physical being and our energy. It involves the interaction of our body, thoughts, and actions.
