Elevate Your Energy with In-Person Sessions: Experience a Limpia for Rejuvenation and Cleansing

During our in-person sessions, you will have the opportunity to receive a powerful practice known as a "limpia." This ancient technique is designed to rejuvenate and cleanse your energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

A limpia involves the use of specific methods and tools to clear any stagnant or negative energy that may be affecting your well-being. Through this transformative process, you can release energetic blockages, restore balance, and invite positive energy into your life.

Tips to experience your first virtual wellness session

It is recommended not to eat 1-2 hours prior to breath-work

Come with an open mind & heart

Bring a journal & water

Find a space where you are distraction-free

Having headphones is recommended but not necessary

Computer/laptop is recommended but not necessary
